On the 1st Tuesday of every month and the 3rd Wednesday of every even month, TBA members provide, serve, and share a meal at a PATH (People Assisting the Homeless)  shelter. In odd months we go to Hollywood and in even months to West LA. Wednesday dinners are always at the Hollywood location.  These events are for all ages.

30 Second Jewish World Watch Actions

Click here to learn about giving opportunities here at Temple Beth Am including the Bill Strick Memorial Helping Hand Fund which is used to help members in need. Previous uses of this fund include helping families pay a month's rent so they did not lose their home, helping ensure that a utility bill was paid for so that families did not have their lights/water/power turned off, or helping people purchase groceries so they did not have to go hungry.  All dispersements are confidential.  The Rabbis and Executive Director make decisions on the use of these funds.
