Pressman Academy’s  Parent & Me classes for babies and toddlers engage participants in multi-sensory experiences as they explore Shabbat, music, art, and movement. Both parents and children become members of a community as they play together and interact in formal and informal discussions.

Shabbat Together (Toddler Parent & Me Class)
Bring the beauty of Shabbat into your child’s week. In this parent-and-me class, taught by Morah Sari Abrams, toddlers (ages 1+) and their grown-ups will experience the joy and meaning of Shabbat through song, ritual, and creative play. Each gathering includes candle lighting, Kiddush, and challah, woven together with music, movement, and art to engage little hearts and minds. Shabbat Together is a gentle introduction to the traditions of Shabbat, fostering connection to Jewish life, family, and community.

Melodies & Messy Art (Toddler Parent & Me Class)
Sing, paint, and play together! This joyful class, taught by Morah Sari Abrams, combines the freedom of sensory art with the magic of music. Toddlers and their grown-ups will dive into hands-on messy art projects designed to spark creativity and curiosity. They will explore rhythm and movement through songs, instruments, and fingerplays. Expect laughter, wiggly dancing, splashes of paint, and lots of shared smiles as little ones learn, connect, and create alongside their favorite grown-up.

Move & Groove  (Toddler Parent & Me Class)
Get ready to tumble, stretch, and move to the beat with Coach Farrah! This action-packed parent-and-me adventure blends early gymnastics, playful yoga, and rhythm-driven dance to build strength, confidence, and coordination. Come ready to play, bond, and move together!
